    Cold Mountain Pottery produces hand-made mugs from Montana clay. The fully operational studio hires people with disabilities. All employees participate in all aspectes of the studio. Each employee is given jobs that best fits their abilities, including forming and glazing the mugs, shipping and cleanup.

  • Detailing cars job offers minimum wage

    AWARE Inc. hires the people we serve to detail its fleet vehicles (Find story next page) — Above, Dean Rollins, fleet vehicle crew member, continues scrubbing fleet car AI84 at Anaconda’s Activity, Employment & Training Center. Both he and Russ work Monday - Friday, caring for 21 vehicles. They will also detail employee vehicles, $10 for the outside or $20 includes the inside of the vehicle.
