- 4 watermelon wedges
- 4 popsicle sticks
1. Place a wedge of watermelon on the cutting board. Using the tip of the knife, make a tiny little slit in the rind—this will make it easier to push the popsicle stick into the wedge. Do the same thing with the other 3 watermelon wedges.
2. Now take a popsicle stick and push it into the hole you just made—it might be a little tricky at first to get it into the rind, but wiggle it around a little until it gets to the watermelon flesh. Great!
Do the same thing with the other sticks and wedges.
